PHP, MySQL & Laravel Developer

looking for an experienced PHP, MySQL, and Laravel Developer to join our dynamic development team. Our platform is reshaping campus automation, and we’re looking for someone who can not only build and optimize applications but also lead strategic initiatives, including cloud migration, mobile app development (Apple & Android), and team leadership.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

•

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP, MySQL, and Laravel.

•

Lead and mentor the development team, driving execution with strategic direction.

•

Handle cloud migration of the campus mgt platform ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.

•

Develop, integrate, and maintain mobile applications for both iOS (Apple) and Android platforms.

•

Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

•

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

•

Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

•

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and errors promptly.

•

Work on hardware integrations as part of platform development.

Requirements

•

Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a PHP, MySQL, and Laravel developer.

•

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks, preferably Laravel.

•

Proficient in MySQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

•

Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and platform migration.

•

Proven experience in mobile application development for both Apple (iOS) and Android.

•

Well-versed with development and collaboration tools such as Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and testing/debugging utilities.

•

Experience with front-end technologies.

•

Understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

•

Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

•

Available for full-time, part-time, or consultant roles.

•

Immediate joiners preferred.

Office Location: Hyderabad Timings: 9:00am – 6:00pm Working Days: Monday – Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays Holiday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11,981.07 - ₹57,838.28 per month
