Key Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex technical problems including debugging, simulations, and bug fixing.
• Investigate, debug, reproduce issues, and provide fixes/workarounds.
• Ensure software operability by verifying changes.
• Take ownership and accountability of specific application modules.
• Provide technical guidance and support in resolving complex issues.
• Drive continuous improvements in software and business processes using tools, innovations, and reusable solutions.
• Develop new modules and enhance existing applications.
• Contribute to team building, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Strong development experience in PHP (backend & frontend).
• Experience with web frameworks like React/Angular and HTML5 (added advantage).
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL / SQL Server.
• Experience with Sencha JS (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, team player, and organized.
