Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled PHP Developer who will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our in-house CRM system, along with providing technical support, preparing reports, and handling basic IT-related tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other teams. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, modify, and optimize existing CRM modules using PHP and MySQL. Maintain and troubleshoot the CRM system to ensure smooth performance. Implement new features and improvements as per business requirements. Generate and automate CRM-based reports for management. Perform regular database maintenance and data integrity checks. Collaborate with operations, HR, and sales teams to understand requirements and deploy solutions. Ensure CRM security, backup, and update protocols. Provide basic IT support for system-related queries within the company (setup/configuration). Fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Participate in planning and documentation of new features/enhancements.
