Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Storytelling

• Photograph weddings and pre-wedding events with a narrative-driven approach
• Capture authentic moments, emotions, and details with strong composition and timing

Same-Day Delivery Workflow

• Cull and edit 30–50 key images on the same day of the event for social media and client previews
• Deliver files efficiently with proper backup and organization

Client Communication

• Interact with the couple pre-event to understand their vision, comfort, and expectations
• Guide clients on what works best visually — poses, lighting, decor impact, etc.
• Represent Bioscope’s storytelling philosophy clearly and warmly

Shoot Planning & Execution

• Communicate photography requirements to event planners, decorators, and related vendors
• Track, prepare, and manage equipment required for each shoot
• Coordinate with the in-house team and handle full event responsibilities in the absence of senior directors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time wedding photography experience
• Strong storytelling portfolio (natural light, candids, emotion-led work)
• Proficiency in Lightroom and fast culling tools (Photo Mechanic or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi/Gujarati
• Strong sense of responsibility, planning, and leadership
• Based in Ahmedabad (or willing to relocate)
• Willingness to travel for destination weddings

Bonus Skills:

• Pre-wedding direction or moodboard planning
• Knowledge of camera/lens gear planning and inventory management
• Experience working in a fast-paced creative team environment
