Photographer (Wedding Storytelling Team)

As a full-time Photographer at Bioscope, you will play a crucial role in the storytelling process by capturing authentic moments and emotions during weddings and pre-wedding events. Your responsibilities will include: - Photographing weddings and pre-wedding events with a narrative-driven approach - Capturing authentic moments, emotions, and details with strong composition and timing - Culling and editing 30-50 key images on the same day of the event for social media and client previews - Delivering files efficiently with proper backup and organization - Interacting with couples pre-event to understand their vision, comfort, and expectations - Guiding clients on poses, lighting, and decor impact while representing Bioscope's storytelling philosophy - Communicating photography requirements to event planners, decorators, and vendors - Tracking, preparing, and managing equipment required for each shoot - Coordinating with the in-house team and handling full event responsibilities in the absence of senior directors Qualifications required for this position include: - Minimum of 3 years of full-time wedding photography experience - Strong storytelling portfolio - Proficiency in Lightroom and fast culling tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi/Gujarati - Strong sense of responsibility, planning, and leadership - Willingness to travel for destination weddings Bonus skills that would be advantageous: - Pre-wedding direction or moodboard planning - Knowledge of camera/lens gear planning and inventory management - Experience working in a fast-paced creative team environment Bioscope offers a creative, respectful, and collaborative studio environment with opportunities for growth in a leadership role, timely salary, performance-based incentives, travel & stay covered for outstation shoots, and the chance to work on premium, emotionally fulfilling wedding stories.
