Photographer (Wedding Storytelling Team)

Role Overview: As a full-time Photographer at Bioscope, you will play a vital role in the storytelling process by capturing authentic moments, emotions, and details with a narrative-driven approach. Your responsibilities will include interacting with clients, managing on-ground teams during weddings, and ensuring the emotional weight of each event is respectfully and beautifully captured. Key Responsibilities: - Photograph weddings and pre-wedding events with a narrative-driven approach - Capture authentic moments, emotions, and details with strong composition and timing - Cull and edit 30-50 key images on the same day of the event for social media and client previews - Deliver files efficiently with proper backup and organization - Communicate with couples pre-event to understand their vision, comfort, and expectations - Guide clients on visual aspects such as poses, lighting, and decor impact - Communicate photography requirements to event planners, decorators, and vendors - Track, prepare, and manage equipment required for each shoot - Coordinate with the in-house team and handle full event responsibilities in the absence of senior directors Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of full-time wedding photography experience - Strong storytelling portfolio - Proficiency in Lightroom and fast culling tools - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi/Gujarati - Strong sense of responsibility, planning, and leadership - Willingness to travel for destination weddings Additional Details: At Bioscope, you will work in a creative, respectful, and collaborative studio environment.
