About the Role We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Photographer to join our dynamic D2C FMCG brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that reflect our brand's identity and values. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality product images for packaging, e-commerce, advertising, and social media. Produce lifestyle and promotional photography that aligns with brand guidelines. Shoot and edit short promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content. Image Editing & Post-Production: Perform photo retouching, color correction, and other post-production tasks to ensure images meet brand standards. Manage and organize a digital library of images and videos. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product development teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Coordinate with models, stylists, and other team members to execute photoshoots effectively. Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual content. Studio & Equipment Management: Maintain photography equipment, props, and studio space. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and updated with the latest technology as needed. Content Strategy & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and technologies. Develop innovative concepts for photoshoots that engage and attract our target audience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in photography, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of professional photography experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Proven experience in product, lifestyle, and promotional photography. Proficiency in using professional photography equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.). Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom. Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong creative vision and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Work Environment: Primarily in-office studio-based with occasional on-location shoots. Fast-paced, creative, and collaborative work environment.
