Role Overview:

Phone Receptionist


Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and professionally engage with patients

Book, change, and cancel medical appointments using scheduling software

Relay patient messages accurately to physicians and medical staff

Input, format, and manage electronic medical records

Review and digitally file incoming faxes after interpretation

Interview patients to complete forms, documents, and case histories

Ensure the confidentiality of all patient and medical data at all times


Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Punjabi (speaking, reading, and interpretation) –Mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred

Basic knowledge of medical scheduling software is a plus

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with professionalism
