Phone Receptionist

As a Phone Receptionist in the healthcare industry, your role involves managing patient interactions over the phone, supporting administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the medical office. You will be responsible for: - Answering incoming phone calls and engaging with patients in a professional manner - Booking, changing, and canceling medical appointments using scheduling software - Relaying patient messages accurately to physicians and medical staff - Inputting, formatting, and managing electronic medical records - Reviewing and digitally filing incoming faxes after interpretation - Interviewing patients to complete forms, documents, and case histories - Ensuring the confidentiality of all patient and medical data at all times To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Fluent in English and Punjabi (speaking, reading, and interpretation) - Mandatory - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred - Basic knowledge of medical scheduling software is a plus - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills - Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with professionalism This full-time onsite position with a start time of 6:30 PM IST offers a flexible/competitive compensation package along with benefits such as HMO and annual leave.,
