  • Availability:

    We prefer candidates who are Immediate Joiners or those who can join within one week. All candidates must be available for walk-in interviews and comfortable working a 6-day schedule with one rotational weekly off.

Key Responsibilities

As a Banking Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling Inquiries:

    Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts, products, services, and general banking inquiries (e.g., balance checks, transaction details, statement requests, etc.).
  • Problem Resolution:

    Effectively resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Sales & Cross-Selling:

    Identifying opportunities to sell,cross-sell or up-sell relevant bank products and services (e.g., credit cards, loans, insurance) to meet customer needs and achieve individual targets.
  • Compliance:

    Ensuring all interactions and transactions adhere to bank policies, compliance regulations, and security protocols.
  • Record Keeping:

    Accurately documenting all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Customer Education:

    Guiding customers on how to use digital banking channels (mobile app, internet banking) for self-service.
