Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for pharmaceutical projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
Manage and mentor project teams to achieve high performance and productivity.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry operations and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Asana.
