Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Conduct project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize project performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical project planning principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish, delivering results that meet customer expectations.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello is desirable.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Business Administration, or Life Sciences.
