Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and timelines for successful execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecast expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to build strong relationships and facilitate communication.
  • Monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on project status to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical projects from initiation to delivery, including clinical trials and regulatory affairs.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or related field; advanced degree preferred.
