Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to achieve project goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Conduct project reviews and progress updates with stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project timelines or budgets.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical project planning principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent project management skills, including experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions to drive project success.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Asana.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and overcome obstacles during project execution.
