Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the pharma disinfectant portfolio. · Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. · Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape. · Account Management: Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. · Distribution Channel Management: Developing distribution channel & partners for the assigned territory. · Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. · Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Bioguard disinfectant products, their applications, and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to customers. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. · Training and Development: Provide training and support to the channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. · Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities. · Science graduate (Chemistry/B.Pharma/Lifesciences), Postgraduate in Business management/Chemistry/Pharma (optional) · Minimum 5 years Sales experience in Pharmaceutical manufacturing plants or similar industry selling consumables, chemicals, disinfectants or similar products
