About the Real Estate Business:

Parent Company

  • An offshoot of Biological E, BEIS-Biological E Immunosciences Pvt. Ltd. Is a new age company for Groups Diversification into Real Estate. It is an entity being used as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to assimilate the Real estate assets of the BE group under one umbrella and explore apt ways to monetize and turn them into stabilized revenue yielding assets.
  • The conceptualization of the entity is to be a Young and Independent brand and establish itself as an independent, self-sustained off shoot, backed by the expertise of the parent brand, with a primary focus on Real estate.
  • To start with, the brand is coming up with a 17 acre Four Lakh sft. plus R&D park at Genome Valley, currently called BEIS Park-wherein out of Five buildings- Three would be used by in-house entities and remaining Two would be let out on long term lease to third parties for their R&D labs requirements, e.g. brands like Novartis, Sandoz etc., thus the monthly Rentals being the source of revenue and the business model.

Pharma R&D - Real Estate Park Leasing Manager

Job Location: Hyderabad

The Candidate would manage the leasing operations of BEs specialized Real estate park dedicated to Pharmaceutical R&D activities. This role combines property management expertise with an understanding of the unique requirements of pharmaceutical research facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive properties, and demand for specialized R&D spaces.
  • Property Leasing:

    Market and lease laboratory and office spaces to pharmaceutical companies and research organizations, ensuring optimal occupancy rates.
  • Tenant Relations:

    Serve as the primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, coordinating facility needs, implementing negotiated Tenant improvements (TIs) and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Lease Negotiation and Administration:

    Negotiate lease terms, prepare suitable agreements, and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure all leasing activities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations pertinent to pharmaceutical research facilities.
  • Facility Coordination:

    Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure that facilities meet the specific needs of pharmaceutical research, including compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Financial Management:

    Oversee budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting related to leasing activities.
