As a property manager you are expected to : Work with (Office Bearers) OBs and accounting team to assist in keeping records of accounts Maintain society registers and keep them compliant with the relevant rules and regulations Understand issues of society members and help address them as per guidance from OBs Keep track of society meetings and remind the committee members about upcoming meetings Print required stationary for the purpose of society management and circulate as required (Meeting Notices, Agenda, MoMs, etc.) Manage and maintain society office stationary and society office infrastructure Execute maintenance activities under the guidance of the society committee Liaise with the society vendors and empanel new vendors as per guidance from the society committee Liaise with the society members and office bearers Supervise security staff and note any incidents or gaps and notify the committee/OBs Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleaning quality and note any gaps and notify the committee/OBs Take a round of the society premises and check for concerns and note any gaps and notify the committee/OBs Maintain attendance records of all deployed staff (HK, security, self) Ensure cleanliness in lobbies, staircases, and common areas and note any gaps and notify the committee/OBs Coordinate availability of electrician/plumber if requested Collect maintenance dues and update records Liaise between office bearers and residents for routine matters Check availability of all essential society keys in the office Ensure that all key systems (fire alarm, CCTV, VDP, Solar) are working fine and note any gaps and notify the committee/OBs Send daily report to the office bearers over WA
