Job Title: PGT Coordinator Location: Wagholi, Pune Qualification: B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month Experience Required: 4 to 5 years Gender Preference: Open to All (Male/Female) Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced PGT Coordinator to lead and manage the senior secondary academic team at our institution in Wagholi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for fostering academic excellence among students and teachers alike. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support Post Graduate Teachers (PGTs) across various senior secondary subjects (Grades XI–XII). Monitor curriculum planning, execution, and assessment practices to maintain high academic standards. Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure syllabus completion and effective exam preparation. Organize regular workshops, training sessions, and professional development activities for PGTs. Ensure compliance with educational boards (CBSE/ICSE/State) guidelines. Track and analyze student performance data and implement improvement strategies. Collaborate with parents, staff, and school leadership for holistic student development. Assist in teacher recruitment, classroom observations, and academic planning. Candidate Profile: B.Ed degree is mandatory Minimum 4–5 years of experience in teaching or as an academic coordinator, preferably at the senior secondary level Strong subject knowledge and understanding of curriculum standards Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills Ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team of educators Proficient in using digital tools and school management systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
