Profile Title: PGT Coordinator Location: Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra, India Qualification Required: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) Experience: 4 to 5 years (relevant academic leadership or senior teaching experience) Salary Range: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month Profile Type: Full Time Preference: Open to both male and female candidates Profile Summary: We are seeking a competent and experienced PGT Coordinator to oversee academic planning, teacher supervision, and student progress for the senior secondary grades (Class 11 & 12). The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, sound academic knowledge, and the ability to mentor and guide teachers to enhance learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities:Academic Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of the academic curriculum for PGT-level subjects. Monitor the quality of teaching and provide feedback to improve instructional practices. Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure syllabus completion and academic alignment. Teacher Management: Supervise and support PGT faculty in lesson planning, assessments, and classroom management. Conduct regular teacher training, evaluations, and performance reviews. Foster a collaborative team environment among faculty members. Student Development: Track academic performance and learning outcomes of senior students. Organize enrichment programs, remedial sessions, and career guidance workshops. Ensure students are prepared for board exams, competitive entrance tests, and future academic pursuits. Administrative Duties: Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation in coordination with school leadership. Liaise with parents during PTMs and provide academic insights and updates. Work closely with the Principal/Vice Principal on school improvement plans. Apply If You Have: A B.Ed. degree (mandatory); Master’s degree in a relevant subject preferred. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a senior secondary teaching or academic coordination role. Strong subject matter expertise and up-to-date knowledge of board curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State). Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A commitment to academic excellence and holistic student development.
