Job Purpose To support in Secretarial compliance function of Indian and Overseas Subsidiary Companies Job Context & Major Challenges 'Preparing documents/forms/reports/returns etc. and execute acititvities for compliance of under Corporate laws. Assisting in compliance and other related activities under Insider Trading Regulations and Whistle Blower Mechanism. Preparing SOPs', monitoring updates in Acts/Regulations and preparing MIS with emphasis on FEMA and other RBI Regulations. Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Assisting in compliances under Companies Act and Listing Agreement Preparation of various forms, returns and other documents under Corporate Laws and filing the same with the statutory authorities. Assisting in execution of compliance activities relating to all company meetings. KRA2 Assisting in compliance and other related activities under Insider Trading Regulations and Whistle Blower Mechanism support in activties under Insider Trading Regulations and assist Compliance Officer in operationalising Whistle Blower Mechanism KRA3 Preparing and updating SOPs' 'Preparing SOPs', covering applicable corporate laws KRA4 Preparing MIS and providing legal updates 'Prepare MIS on amendments/modifications in the Foreign Exchange Management Act and other applicable Regulations/ Notifications issued by the Reserve Bank of India. 'Monitor amendments/modifications in Stamp Duty Act, Competition Act and Acts relating to Intellectual Property Rights and prepare MIS.
