Position Title

: PF Process & QC

Qualifications:

B.SC/M.Sc/Diploma in (Chemical)/Cement Technology

Experience

: 5-6 years

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of cement Manufacturing processes and quality control measures, Familiarity with process control systems, such as DCS, PLC, and SCADA, Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management system (QMS), Knowledge of laboratory testing and analysis techniques, Knowing Industry Standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001, Leadership and Management Skills, Analytical and Problem - Solving Skills, Soft Skills, Education and Certification.

Operational Management - Plant availability for stable operation and optimum heat and power consumption
Cost Optimization - Process budget to ensure for cost control, And optimization of spare parts.
Continuous improvement & Process Maintenance Jobs.
Optimization of raw mix: Providing suitable & consistence raw mix compatible with available fuel for productivity & Cost Improvement.
Quality Control: To supervise, monitor and control quality of raw materials, process intermediates and finish products as per plan through proper sampling and testing.
Legal and statutory compliances: products licenses, BIS Requirements / Regular Statutory Fees & Networking
Management Information System
Focus on SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives
System Management: Implementation & monitoring effective execution of IMS and other systems in the section for overall improvements towards productivity and creating safe work culture
People Management & Development: Build & Sustain a conductive work culture within section to enhance productivity of section through involving people for growth & motivating them for implementing new technology, innovation, creative things by way of replicating best and unique practices.
