Percentage Split of Responsibilities

• Support to the Founder’s Office: 40%
• People, Culture & HR Support: 30%
• Operations, Task Tracking & Vendor Coordination: 30%

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities

Founder’s Office Support

• Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings and priorities.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Track meeting action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate daily communication between the founder and internal teams.

People, Culture & HR Support

• Support onboarding, HR documentation, confirmations and performance processes.
• Maintain attendance, leave records and basic HR data.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
• Plan team events, celebrations and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture.

Operations, Task & Vendor Management

• Maintain task trackers and monitor progress across teams.
• Share regular operational updates and dashboards with the founder.
• Manage workflows using tools like Asana and support cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors, track renewals and ensure smooth service delivery.

Experience & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in HR, operations or administrative roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and task management tools like Asana.
• Working knowledge of HR processes and operational workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
