Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary located in Nagpur. The Personal Secretary will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including assisting executives with their schedules, managing correspondence, and arranging meetings. The role also involves providing administrative and clerical support, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are key to supporting leadership effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Relevant work experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
