We are looking for a dedicated and organized Personal Secretary to support our management team in day-to-day operations and communications. Job Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and clerical support to senior management • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements • Handle confidential documents and information with discretion • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes • Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and reports • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams • Maintain office files, records, and databases • Assist in personal tasks and errands as required by the executive Requirements: • Female candidates only (due to specific business or role-related requirements) • Proven work experience as a personal secretary, executive assistant, or similar role • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Telugu preferred) • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Professional appearance and conduct Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–3 years of relevant experience is a plus Compensation: • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
