Lead Generation. Marketing (Field Activities). Followup of Leads. Explaining the Schemes in an adequate manner to the Customers/Leads to gain the New Business. Should be able to Interact/Connect with the customers to identify the Possibility of Business from the Customer. Achieve the Monthly Assigned Targets. Ability to Recruit the Agents.
