Role & responsibilities

Ensure CEO office, meeting rooms, and reception areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready every day.

Supervise housekeeping, stationery, vendors, and basic maintenance activities.

Manage hospitality for guests and visitors; arrange refreshments and meeting setups.

Assist in arranging events, travel, accommodation, and logistics for CEO and guests.

Coordinate with family staff and vendors for household administration and maintenance.

Work closely with Executive Secretary, Chief of Staff, and Attendants for smooth task execution.

Support to CEO for daily office operation by handling all Administrative task smoothly.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professional appearance at all times.

Daily office readiness checklist completed by 9:30 AM.

Zero lapses in visitor hospitality or meeting readiness.

95 % of small admin issues resolved within 24 hours.
