Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Personal Manager to oversee the day-to-day schedule and provide full travel support for one of our Client, ensuring seamless coordination of professional and personal commitments across cities and states.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Calendar Management:

   Plan and maintain an accurate, real-time schedule for meetings, shoots, events, and personal appointments.

• Inter-State & Out-of-Town Travel:

• Book and manage flights, hotels, and ground transportation for domestic and out-of-state trips.
• Accompany the client on all official travels to ensure smooth logistics and on-ground support.
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage last-minute changes.

• Daily Task Coordination:

   Track deadlines, handle follow-ups, and manage vendors, partners, and team communications.

• Event & Engagement Support:

   Coordinate on-site arrangements for shoots, appearances, and private or professional events.

• Personal Errands & Lifestyle Management:

   Handle shopping, reservations, and other lifestyle needs with utmost discretion.

• Communication Management:

   Screen calls, emails, and messages, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.

• Confidentiality:

   Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all professional and personal matters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience as a Personal Manager, Executive Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Tech-savvy with calendar, travel-booking, and productivity tools.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel extensively across India (and occasionally abroad if needed).
• Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving attitude.
