Personal Manager

We are seeking a high-performance Personal Manager to serve as the Founder’s right-hand and shadow. You will manage the Founder’s entire daily ecosystem, including business operations, meeting minutes, health protocols, and logistics. Your goal is to ensure they function at peak efficiency without distractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Total Shadowing:

  Accompany the Founder to all meetings and business trips. You will capture minutes, track action items, and ensure the team executes instructions immediately.

• Health and Lifestyle Management:

  Strictly oversee the Founder's wellness protocol. This includes timely supplements, specific meal plans, and sleep schedules, regardless of location.

• Gatekeeping:

  Manage all incoming communication. You are the filter who decides what reaches the Founder’s desk and what gets delegated.

• Logistics and Travel:

  Handle complex global travel itineraries, visas, and last-minute schedule changes with zero friction.

Requirements

• Experience:

  5+ years supporting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), CEOs, or public figures.

• Mindset:

  This is a lifestyle role, not a 9-to-5 job. You must be available whenever the Founder is active.

• Attributes:

  High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and military-grade attention to detail.
