Personal Manager

Role in one line:
Run Master Vani Kabir’s day-to-day life so she can focus 100% on healing & creating.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full calendar management (sessions, travel, shoots, events, personal commitments)
• Travel coordination (domestic + international flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
• Liaison with family, house staff, drivers, vendors, and team members
• Managing personal expenses, bills, shopping & gifting
• Handling confidential matters & last-minute changes with grace
• Being physically present whenever Ma’am is in Delhi-NCR
• Occasional late hours / weekend support when required

Must-Have:

• 2+ years as EA / Personal Manager to a founder / celebrity / spiritual leader
• Extremely organised, discreet, calm under pressure
• Excellent English + Hindi communication
• Based in Delhi-NCR (no relocation needed)
• Pleasant personality, high emotional maturity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
