Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in personal loan business. Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling salary loans, professional loans, open market loans, and other financial products. Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities and generate leads from various sources. Monitor performance metrics such as DSA, DST, PI, ROI, NPAs, etc. to optimize sales processes. Build strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention rates and upsell/cross-sell potential. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in personal loans (salaried loans). Strong understanding of cross-selling techniques for multiple product lines including salary loans, professional loans, open market loans. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
