Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage personal loan portfolio, ensuring timely disbursement and recovery of loans.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new sales opportunities through open market channels, salaried connections, and professional networks.
Conduct credit analysis and appraisal of loan applications within defined guidelines.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in personal loans or related field (NBFC).
Strong understanding of open market operations, salary loans, and unsecured personal loans.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
