Job Title Personal Assistant โ€“ Accounts & Admin Focus ๐Ÿ“ Location: Royal Palms, Goregaon East, Mumbai ๐Ÿ•’ Full-Time, On-Site --- About the Role We are seeking a reliable, proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder and senior management in managing day-to-day administrative tasks with a strong emphasis on accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing both office and financial matters efficiently. --- Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿ”น Accounting Support Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and petty cash Assist in invoice preparation, vendor payments, and follow-ups Basic bookkeeping and bank reconciliations using Tally/Zoho Books or Excel Support in GST, TDS, and basic compliance documentation Coordinate with CA and external consultants for filings ๐Ÿ”น Administrative Support Manage appointments, meetings, travel bookings, and schedules Organize and maintain files (physical & digital) for accounts, vendors, and operations Handle communication, including emails, documentation, and drafting letters Supervise office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance follow-ups Support onboarding of new team members and HR documentation ๐Ÿ”น Personal Assistance to Founder Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion Maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters Manage calendars, reminders, and task tracking --- Requirements Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred); background in accounts a strong plus 1โ€“3 years of relevant experience in admin or accounting roles Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and accounting tools like Tally or Zoho Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus --- What We Offer A dynamic role with learning opportunities across business functions Work directly with the Founder in a growing hospitality startup Professional growth in both operations and financial management Friendly and respectful work environment
