Personal Assistant

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will provide high-level administrative and operational support, ensuring effective task management, timely procurement coordination, supplier research, and professional communication. The role requires strong prioritisation skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Manage and track the MD’s daily, weekly, and long-term tasks, ensuring timely completion and follow-ups Monitor pending tasks, flag delays, and proactively prioritise work based on urgency and business impact Handle procurement-related activities, including coordinating with internal teams and external vendors Conduct supplier research, comparison, and preliminary evaluation based on requirements Assist in vendor communication, negotiations support, and documentation follow-ups Draft, review, and manage professional emails, letters, and other business correspondence on behalf of the MD Maintain records of supplier details, quotations, purchase status, and pending approvals Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks Prepare basic reports, summaries, and status updates for the MD Act as a communication bridge between the MD and internal/external stakeholders Ensure confidentiality of business information and sensitive data Manage and maintain CRM records by updating tasks, follow-ups, supplier details, and ensuring all pending actions are accurately tracked and prioritised.
