Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Assist in tracking action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect and compile data/reports for MD.
  • Organize personal tasks, reminders, and events as assigned.
  • Handle office documentation, filing systems, and expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably Female Candidate
