Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• assisting sales/Marketing team, managing customer orders
• analysing data, Generate & qualify leads and inquires, send quotation, cordinate with dispatch team, review and approve sales order, reporting to Marketing Manager.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction).
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/chat volumes.
• Customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
