Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Director

Location: Gurugram, HR
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Director
Start Date: Immediate joiner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the Director's time is effectively managed and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Schedule Management: Organize and manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Email & Communication Management: Monitor, prioritize, and draft responses to emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points from meetings.
  • Document Management: Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Confidential Support: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaison: Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Task & Project Support: Assist with personal and business-related projects as required.
  • Office Management Assistance: Provide general administrative support and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally at Director.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle urgent or sensitive matters tactfully.
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Experience in manufacturing and construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
