Company Description Saroj Educational Group (SEG) is a decade-old educational institution that offers both Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses. Affiliated with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), SEG provides a variety of programs including B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Tech, M.Pharm, BCA, BBA, MCA, and MBA. Many of these courses are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), which aims to ensure high standards of technical education comparable to institutions in the USA and Europe. SEG is committed to providing quality education and fostering academic excellence. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing information and guidance to prospective students and their families about the courses offered by SEG. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, conducting campus tours, participating in recruitment events, handling application processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with students. The role involves a high level of interpersonal communication and customer service. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills Customer Service and Sales experience Background in Education or related field Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related discipline Experience in a similar role is a plus Salary up to 50k.
