Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Delhi, India. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for providing information and guidance to prospective students and their families about the courses offered by SEG. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, conducting campus tours, participating in recruitment events, handling application processes, and maintaining accurate records of interactions with students. The role involves a high level of interpersonal communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education or related field
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Salary up to 50k.
