We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admissions Counselor to guide students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should be skilled in student counseling, lead conversion, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, admission process, and fees Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries Convert leads into admissions through effective communication Maintain student data and follow-ups in CRM Coordinate with academic and operations teams Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Conduct follow-up calls and admission closures Assist in seminars, events, and promotional activities
