Role Description

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's diary, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and executing various administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves providing executive administrative support, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Director's daily activities.

1. Calendar and schedule management: Maintaining the Chairman's diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

2. Communication management: Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, both internally and externally.

3. Meeting coordination: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.

4. Travel arrangements: Booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for the Chairman and other executives.

5. Document preparation: Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

6. Office management: Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

7. Special projects: Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.

8. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

9. Event planning: Organizing and coordinating events, both large and small.

10. Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

1. Exceptional organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

2. Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Discretion and confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

4. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

6. Calendar management software: Experience with scheduling and calendar management tools, such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.

7. Travel coordination: Experience in booking travel arrangements and managing travel itineraries.

8. Event planning: Experience in organizing and coordinating events.

9. Professionalism: Ability to represent the Chairman and the company in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
