Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to Director located in Pune. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing the director’s diary and appointments, handling clerical tasks, and performing various administrative duties. The role demands efficiency, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• Skills in Personal Assistance with a focus on executive support
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Diary Management
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
