Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant, located in Ahmedabad. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, organizing meetings, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills
• Strong Clerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
