Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

This is a personal assistant position to help your client in several ways: personal/family work and business work.

Our ideal employee:

• You are a skilled executive assistant with 3-5 years’ experience.
• You are fluent in both Telugu and English and confident in your spoken and written English skills - communicating with US-based contacts and clients.
• More importantly, you care about improving your skills and cross-training skills you don’t know yet.
• You are task and detail oriented, not afraid to ask clarifying questions. You are a self starter and a problem solver ready to try several angles to solve a problem.
• You are willing to work on US timings (EST) or flexible hours that cross over our office times.
• This position is in person and will require your presence in office in Karimnagar on a regular basis.
• Daily timings are 7 pm to 1 am.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to 3 executives
• Draft documents and help the executives with proposals
• Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Monthly bookkeeping
• Make phone calls to US on behalf of client, which will include navigating phone trees and making follow up calls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range Indian Rupees:

20,000 - 40,000
