Job Description – Personal Assistant

Organization: SEWAS Infrastructure Ltd & Group Companies (Mokshamaa & Raiwat entities)
Location: Borivali (W), Mumbai | Initial WFH until office completion
Initiative: Supporting Jainism Federation Projects & Expansion

Position Overview

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to provide direct support to senior leadership within the Jainism community and SEWAS group of companies. The PA will manage day-to-day administrative, organizational, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth operations across projects and activities. This role requires a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive & Calendar Management
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting calendars.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and community activities.
  • Project & Operations Coordination
  • Assist in project tracking, progress monitoring, and timely execution.
  • Liaise with team members, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Communication
  • Draft letters, emails, and official documents.
  • Maintain confidential files and records.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence.
  • Employee & Salary Management
  • Track employee work updates and progress reports.
  • Support payroll coordination and salary disbursements.
  • Travel & Event Management
  • Coordinate travel plans, meeting arrangements, and logistics.
  • Support organization of events, community functions, and official ceremonies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Secretarial/Admin training preferred).
  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and community events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

  • Personal assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Document management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Travel planning: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Calendar management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Meeting facilitation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Project coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
