Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and streamlining administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will anticipate the Director’s needs, ensure smooth workflow, and act as a trusted Human Being . Only serious and genuine candidates to apply , its immediate joining position , the candidate has to be from south kolkata --- Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Director. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as required. Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Director and take detailed minutes. Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Coordinate personal tasks and errands when necessary (if applicable). Organize events, conferences, and off-site meetings. Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines. Key Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, preferably at the Director or C-suite level. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication. High degree of professionalism and discretion. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
