The Role We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and personable Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role that ensures our clinic runs smoothly and that every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first contact to their final session. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the Clinic Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Maintain confidential files and records. Clinic Operations: Support daily clinic operations by liaising with staff, suppliers, and external partners. Assist with patient scheduling coordination and communication when necessary. Ensure office supplies and medical inventory are tracked and replenished. Communication & Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for the Clinic Director—screening calls, emails, and inquiries. Schedule and prepare for meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Communicate updates and directives to clinic staff on behalf of management. Financial & Administrative Tasks: Assist with invoice processing, petty cash management, and expense reporting. Help track budgets, vendor payments, and service contracts. Project Support: Coordinate and support clinic projects, events, and marketing initiatives.
