Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will play a key role in managing communication, coordination and day-to-day operational support to the senior management. Ensures the smooth execution of the assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage and organise the daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for related activities.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
Follow up on tasks and deadlines on behalf of the seniors and ensuring timely completion.
Attend meetings (when required), take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business and operational information.
Coordinate withe internal & external partners.
Support the seniors in administrative and operational matters as needed.
Prior work experience in any reputed University/Medical college/Hospital is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years experience in a similar PA/EA/Coordinator/Office Management role,
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
