Roles & Responsibilities of Personal Assistant 1. Communication & Coordination Manage emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the employer. Handle social media and other online accounts professionally. Draft, review, and circulate communication as required. Maintain and manage relationships with social and professional groups. 2. Scheduling & Appointments Manage daily, weekly, and monthly work calendars. Organize meetings, appointments, and travel schedules. Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for all commitments. 3. Documentation & File Management Maintain and organize personal and official files (physical and digital). Keep track of important documents like ID cards, licenses, and contracts. Update and manage knowledge resources, reports, and records. 4. Financial & Asset Management Assist in managing personal bank accounts, loans, and debts. Handle property, land, and asset records. Manage personal vehicles, insurance, and related documentation. Track expenses and process payments efficiently. 5. Legal & Administrative Support Provide support in managing personal court cases, if any. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and financial information. Coordinate with legal and financial advisors when required. 6. Personal & Miscellaneous Support Assist in social commitments, events, and networking. Support personal insurance, healthcare, and welfare-related tasks. Handle any other business-related or personal tasks as assigned.
