Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and handling various clerical tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with different stakeholders and effectively support the executive team.

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with office management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
