I’m looking for a proactive and dynamic Personal Assistant to work closely with me in driving strategic and operational goals. This is a unique opportunity to work hands-on from the ground up, assisting in setting up new organizational activities and processes.
The ideal candidate should be flexible in multitasking, coordinating across all levels — from ground operations to top management — while managing schedules, communication, and key initiatives with precision. You’ll also coordinate administrative activities with concerned teams and provide professional, concise reporting to keep me fully updated.
· Manage calendar, travel, and correspondence
· Prepare briefs, presentations, and meeting notes
· Coordinate with teams and external partners at all levels
· Handle admin-related activities efficiently
· Support strategic projects and organizational setup from root level
· Provide professional, to-the-point updates and follow up on action items
· Bachelor’s degree (Business/Admin preferred)
· 5-7 years’ experience supporting senior leaders
· Exceptional multitasking, coordination, and organizational skills
· High energy, discretion, and a “get-it-done” attitude
